I need to visualize Domino XML documents "*.DXL".
I need to parse both design and context elements.
Is it possible to download and use DXL off-line viewer?

In the Internet I can see links to "IBM UFI Lotus Notes DXL Viewer".
Annotation reads:
"IBM UFI Lotus Notes DXL Viewer is developed by IBM. The most popular version of this product among our users is 4.0."

I tried to find out the software.
So far neither in the Internet nor in IBM download area one can see valid links to download.

Please advice.
